Approval Requirement
All requests are reviewed and approved before analysis begins. Chartrick reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion, including but not limited to requests that fall outside supported asset categories or do not meet service criteria.
Refund Policy
If a request is declined during review, your payment is refunded minus a $2 processing fee. This fee covers payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction.
Delivery Time
Weekly chart analysis reports are delivered within 2 working days after approval. Email notifications are sent at both approval and delivery stages.
Analysis Timeframe
All Custom Chart Analysis reports are prepared on the weekly chart timeframe by default. Requests for analysis on alternative timeframes, including daily or monthly charts, may be submitted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by a Chartrick expert analyst.

Globally Listed Stocks (excluding penny stocks)

Brent Crude Oil
Cryptocurrency (any major cryptocurrency with sufficient chart history)

Excluded Assets

Penny stocks: Defined as stocks trading below $5 per share or listed on OTC (over-the-counter) markets
Stocks or assets listed less than 3 years ago (newly listed assets do not have sufficient chart history for weekly analysis)
Forex pairs, futures contracts, options, or other derivative instruments.
Any asset outside the supported categories listed above.

Chartrick reserves the right to reject any request at its sole discretion.
